Partners' Bios


William E. Barker.  Bill leads our organizational strategic direction, ensuring product quality, revenue growth and long-term business planning.

Prior to co-founding CalibraxKPI, Bill held a variety of leadership roles—including President, Managing Director, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer—in affiliation with or on behalf of powerhouse global brands like Blackstone, Bank of America, Caisse de Depot, Continental Airlines, GE Capital, IBM, InvestCorp and others. He has personally led acquisitions, brand development, innovation initiatives, private equity, project and venture capital investments, strategic business development and turnarounds.

Bill holds an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, as well as a B.S./Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Brian Cusick.  With more than a decade in the trenches in market research for major CPGs like Kraft Foods and Pepsico—as well as a background that includes consulting experience at both large research firms and boutique specialty shops—Brian leads CalibraxKPI's Product Development and Consulting Services.

An expert in the application of market research to solve business problems, Brian has successfully leveraged research to help set brand strategy and optimize marketing spending allocations for some of the largest brands in the United States.

This broad experience is what drove Brian to co-found CalibraxKPI, making him ideally suited to shape our product offerings and to help clients integrate this new source of strategic marketing data into their decision making process.

Brian holds an M.A. and B.A. in Economics with a focus on econometric modeling from Miami University.
